Most of the tulips are falling apart, but they still look pretty cool. Check out the little spider hiding out in the lower right petals.

After a week of rain, it finally got sunny midway through the day today. It was gorgeous! I edged the front lawn with the string trimmer - the edges of the lawn are seriously out of control, extending 2-6 inches onto the cement, and the entire lawn is at least 2 inches higher than the cement. We'll get it under control one of these days. I also pulled all the chickweed (not all, really, but what was visible that I could get - each time I pull it out, there's less of it) out of both the front and side gardens. Plenty of the flowers bloomed today, too, which I'd been waiting for - they were all budding out through all the rain during the week.
